about: From the back of a piece of software. "Turn muscles into mountains!" Not sure why I've retained all this information about the sources of song titles.

I have given John McEntire credit because this song is a paean to the Akai S612 sampler, one of which I sold to John McEntire.

He drove all the way out to Downers Grove to pick it up, and I like to tell the story that he stole a bunch of the proprietary disks (I had two of the same sampler and wanted to keep some disks), although in reality I was probably pretty reverential and allowed him to take them.

Fun side-fact: When I asked him via primitive e-mail "Are you THE John McEntire?" he provided a reliably jaded quip. Man, it was the 90's.
